Here we have a stunning and unique antique re-modelled necklace. This beautiful multi gemstone charm necklace features a fancy 9k yellow gold belcher chain with a T bar fastening focally suspends a large citrine set fob which freely spins at the wearers discretion. This principal stone is then accompanied by a duo of heart shaped gemstones including a red ruby and matching orange citrine; both of which have been individually claw set at either side of the chain.
