Here we have a beautiful handmade vintage solitaire cocktail ring crafted in solid 14k rosy yellow gold featuring a marquise cabochon cut jade/greenstone stone that displays lovely olive green colour. The shoulders are adorned beautifully with dual open heart designs and beading work on the both sides of the stone. The ring remains in excellent condition with lovely patina intact.
